This notice explains how Meridian handles information submitted through the “Build with us” and “Join the waitlist” forms on this site.

Information we collect

The waitlist form collects an email address and may collect a first name and company. The private-pilot form may also collect your role, team size, current TMS, phone number, and the work you want Meridian to help with.

How we use it

• Respond to private-pilot requests.
• Send product updates when you ask to receive them.
• Understand what freight teams need from Meridian.
• Protect the forms from spam and abuse.

Analytics

We use PostHog to measure page visits and form progress. We do not send form names, emails, phone numbers, company names, or open-text answers to PostHog. A random browser identifier may be stored on your device so visits can be counted without identifying you by name.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in a separate Cloudflare database. We keep inactive waitlist and private-pilot requests for up to 12 months, then review or delete them unless an active business conversation requires longer retention.

Sharing

We use service providers that help run this site, protect its forms, store submissions, and measure use. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted. You can also ask to stop receiving product updates at any time.
